By participating in the promotion, shoppers will be deemed to have read and understood these rules are to be bound by them, any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacement, and modifications as may be from time to time.
1. This Promotion is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("CAG”).
2. This promotion is valid for registered Changi Rewards members from 01 June 2024 to 31 December 2024 or when the promotion is fully redeemed, whichever is earlier.
3. An accumulated spend of at least S$250 ($300 for supermarket purchases) by Mastercard® with a maximum of 3 receipts in a month from any participating outlet entitles eligible customers to redeem the reward of the month.
4. All qualifying receipt and transactions must be for your own purchases and credited to your Changi Rewards account.
5. The promotion is only valid for participating outlets at the public areas of Changi Airport’s Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 (collectively “Changi Airport Public Areas”). Spend transactions from Jewel Changi Airport will NOT be eligible for the promotion. Please refer to the Participating Outlets Tab for the list of participating outlets.
6. This promotion is exclusive only for payment via Mastercard® only.
7. Payment made using other payment modes not mentioned above (such as Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards e-Voucher, Changi Gift Cards, tenant vouchers) are excluded from the computation of the qualifying spend amount. However, such non-eligible payment modes may still be used for partial payment for the transaction, provided that the balance amount paid in cash, NETS, credit cards, Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards eVouchers or Changi Gift Cards meets the qualifying spend amount.
8. This offer can be used in conjunction with any in-store promotions or discounts. However, the total qualifying spend of S$250 (S$300 for supermarket) net via Mastercard® must be met to redeem the reward of the month.
9. The promotion is limited to one (1) redemption per Changi Rewards member, with up to three (3) qualifying receipts within a month regardless of spending amount in excess of the minimum spend required.
10. Each Changi Rewards member is limited to a maximum redemption of one (1) reward per month. The qualifying period for the accumulated eligible receipts is between the 1st to 30th/31st of the month. i.e. 1-30 June 2024, 1-31 July 2024, 1-31 August 2024, 1-30 September 2024, 1-31 October 2024, 1-30 November 2024 and 1-31 December 2024.
11. Monthly reward redemptions are limited to the first 100 redemptions per month and are subjected to availability, on a first-come-first serve, whilst stocks last basis.
12. All redemptions are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
13. To redeem for the reward, qualifying customers must present their Changi Rewards e-card and the hard copies of the qualifying receipts (maximum (3) three) to the customer service counter at Terminal 3 Basement 2 for verification. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility for the promotion.
14. CAG reserves the right to change any of the terms & conditions without prior notice.
15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any (i) direct loss; (ii) indirect or consequential loss, (iii) damage; (iv) cost and expense; or (v) loss of profits suffered by you arising from or in connection with the premiums/ prizes.
16. Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the promotion.
17. Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with CAG’s privacy policy (available at http://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html ).
18. CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the event and its promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all.
19. CAG reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without notice.
20. CAG reserves the right to refuse the participation of any person for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unsafe or unruly behaviour that may result in harm or damage to that person or any other persons and/or property.
21. To promote and advertise the event, CAG reserves the right to engage authorized photographers and videographers to take photographs and/or video recordings. By participating in the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded by authorized photographers and videographers as guest/customers at the event and consent to the use of such images, films or recordings for public transmission and for the marketing and publicity materials of CAG.
22. By participating in the promotion, shoppers will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them, any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacement, and modifications as may be from time to time.
23. CAG reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion at any time, or to amend, vary or delete any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice or liability to any party.
24. CAG shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Promotion, or any product and/or service relating to the Promotion. By participating this Promotion, CAG shall not be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the Promotion, and/or the use of any product and/or service relating to the Promotion, by any person.
25. Changi Airport Group’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by Changi Airport Group. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
