By participating in the promotion, shoppers will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them, any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacement, and modifications as may be from time to time.
1. The Feast at Changi promotion (‘The Promotion’) is valid for all Changi Rewards members from 30 August to 3 November 2024 or when the promotion is fully redeemed, whichever is earlier.
2. A minimum spend of S$60 in a single same-day receipt from any participating F&B outlet entitles eligible customers to redeem the S$10 Changi Shop & Dine e-Voucher. Changi Rewards members must present their Changi Rewards e-card at the point of transaction to qualify.
3. Payment for the qualifying spend can only be in the form of cash (in local currency or equivalent amount in foreign currency), NETS, Credit cards, Changi Pay or other digital payments. Payment made using In-Store Vouchers, Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards e-Vouchers, Changi Rewards e-Voucher Flexi or Changi Gift Cards are excluded from making up the qualifying spend. However, partial payment using vouchers, Changi Dollar vouchers, Changi Rewards e-Vouchers and Changi Gift Cards will be accepted provided the qualifying spend is paid in cash, NETS, Credit cards or digital payments.
4. Changi Rewards members who are Mastercard holders may redeem one (1) exclusive The Little Prince Tumbler with a minimum spend of S$60 in a single same-day receipt with payment by Mastercard, from any participating F&B outlet.
5. The Promotion is only valid for participating F&B outlets at Changi Airport’s Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 public areas (collectively “Changi Airport Public Areas”). Spend transactions from Jewel Changi Airport will NOT be eligible for the Promotion. Refer here for the list of participating outlets.
6. This Promotion can be used in conjunction with any in-store promotions or discounts. However, the total qualifying spend of S$60 must be met, to receive the S$10 Changi Shop & Dine e-Vouchers and exclusive The Little Prince tumbler (for Mastercard payments).
7. Limited to one (1) redemption per qualifying transaction in a single same-day receipt from any participating F&B outlets, regardless of spending amount in excess of the minimum spend required.
8. Each Changi Rewards member is limited to a maximum of five (5) redemptions of S$10 Changi Shop & Dine vouchers (worth S$50), and five (5) The Little Prince tumblers for Mastercard transactions, in total during the Promotion Period.
9. The S$10 Shop & Dine e-Vouchers, in denominations of S$5, will be credited into the eligible customer’s Changi Rewards account upon valid spending from any participating Changi Airport F&B outlets in Changi Airport Public Areas.
10. All redemptions are on a first-come-first-serve basis and subjected to availability.
11. The S$10 Changi Shop & Dine e-Vouchers are valid for 30-days from the date of issuance and strictly no extensions will be entertained.
12. All redemptions are non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any (i) direct loss; (ii) indirect or consequential loss, (iii) damage; (iv) cost and expense; or (v) loss of profits suffered by you arising from or in connection with the premiums/ prizes.
14. Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”) and its authorised agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold CAG harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage incurred by the participant or by any other party in relation to the Promotion.
15. Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with CAG’s privacy policy (available at http://www.changiairport.com/en/privacy-policy.html ).
16. CAG’s decision on all matters relating to the event and its promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all.
17. CAG reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without notice.
18. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

S$10 Changi Shop & Dine e-Vouchers (“Shop & Dine e-Vouchers”)
20. To receive the S$10 Changi Shop & Dine e-Vouchers (‘Shop & Dine e-Vouchers’), qualifying customers must successfully register as a Changi Rewards member via Changi mobile application or online application at https://rewards.changiairport.com/en/signup.html (an “Eligible Member).
21. To qualify for the Shop & Dine e-Vouchers, an Eligible Member will need to perform a successful payment of S$60 at participating Changi Airport F&B outlets across Changi Airport Public Areas (“Qualifying Transaction”) via any mode of payments. Changi Rewards e-Card must be scanned, upon payment. Please refer here for the list of participating outlets.
22. Changi Rewards points issued for receipt transactions made via retrospective claims or “post-payment claims” will not be eligible to receive the S$10 Changi Shop & Dine e-Vouchers.
23. The Promotion is limited to the first 6,000 redemptions (2x S$5 Changi Shop & Dine e-voucher per redemption) and up to a maximum of five (5) redemptions (worth S$50 in total) per Eligible Member, while stocks last.
24. The Shop & Dine e-Vouchers can only be used on your next purchase, with no minimum spend.
25. The Shop & Dine e-Vouchers are stackable and can be used all at once. Should the Eligible Member redeem all five (5) redemptions, they will be able to use all S$50, in one transaction, depending on the date validity of each voucher.
26. The Shop & Dine e-Vouchers are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-assignable, and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or expired.
27. The Shop & Dine e-Vouchers are strictly not exchangeable for cash.
28. The Shop & Dine e-Vouchers will be automatically credited to the Eligible Member’s Changi App account after a successful transaction has been performed.
29. The Eligible Member(s) will need to log into their Changi Rewards account to utilize the e-Vouchers in their Changi App. The e-Vouchers can be found under “Account >> Perks” in the Changi App. The terms and conditions governing the use and operation of Changi Rewards account shall apply and can be accessed at https://rewards.changiairport.com/en/terms-and-conditions.html
30. The Eligible Member(s) will be required to present their Changi Rewards e-Card prior to making payment and inform the respective outlet assistant that you will be using the Changi Shop & Dine e-Voucher(s) to offset your payment. The outlet assistant will then use the Changi Shop & Dine e-Voucher(s) to offset the final payment amount.
31. Eligible Members who wish to make payment using ChangiPay will need to inform the respective outlet assistant that you will be paying with ChangiPay as a mode of payment. You may then utilize the Changi Shop & Dine e-Voucher(s) to offset the final payment. The Shop & Dine e-Voucher(s) can be found in your ChangiPay wallet, under Vouchers.
32. The Shop & Dine e-Voucher(s) shall be available for use and redemption at Public Areas of Changi Airport Terminals 1 to 4, excluding:
- MindChamps Preschool, Learning Vision Preschool
- Banks
- Bank / Airline / Ambassador / Pay-per-use Lounges
- Changi Recommend outlets and counters
- Crowne Plaza Hotel, including outlets within the hotel premises
- Fast Food Concessions including McDonald’s and Burger King
- Left luggage services counter
- Medical clinics
- Money changing facilities
- Postal services & Post-on-Wheels
- Service counters at Arrival Hall
- Services Concession including Cheers and 711
- Telecommunication outlets such as Starhub
- Temporary outposts operated by non-CAG tenants
- Top-Up Card Transactions/Machines
- Jewel Changi Airport
- Receipts from purchases of Changi gift card, gift certificates and vouchers

33. CAG reserves the right to decide, in its sole and absolute discretion, which participating merchants the Shop & Dine e-Voucher(s) may be used and redeemed at and these participating merchants may vary from time to time. Eligible Member(s) who receive the Shop & Dine e-Voucher(s) are required to read, understand, and agree to these further terms and conditions.
Exclusive “The Little Prince” Tumbler (“Tumbler”) – Mastercard Exclusive
34. To receive the exclusive The Little Prince tumbler (‘Tumbler’), qualifying customers must successfully register as a Changi Rewards member via Changi mobile application or online application at https://rewards.changiairport.com/en/signup.html (an “Eligible Member).
35. To qualify for the Tumbler redemption, an Eligible Member will need to perform a successful payment of S$60 at participating Changi Airport F&B outlets across Changi Airport Public Areas (“Qualifying Transaction”) and make payment via Mastercard. Changi Rewards e-Card will need to be scanned, upon payment. Please refer to Annex A for the list of participating outlets.
36. Changi Rewards points issued for receipt transactions made via retrospective claims or “post-payment claims” will not be eligible to redeem the Tumbler.
37. For eligible Changi Rewards members who made a qualifying transaction by Mastercard and have presented their Changi Rewards e-card at the point of transaction, may redeem The Little Prince tumbler via the Changi App. The redemption perk will be auto credited into the member’s Changi account page and will be valid for redemption via Changi App within the next 7 days from the date of receipt.
38. The exclusive The Little Prince tumbler is limited to the first 1,000 redemptions from 30 August to 3 November 2024 or when the Promotion is fully redeemed, whichever is earlier.
39. Each eligible Changi Rewards member may redeem for one (1) Tumbler per qualifying receipt and up to a maximum of five (5) redemptions per eligible member, on a first-come-first serve and while stocks last basis.
40. Eligible members are required to log into their Changi App under “Book, Redeem & Play” after their qualifying spend to redeem the Tumbler. Upon carting out, eligible members may proceed to collect the exclusive Tumbler from the Customer Service Counter Terminal 3 Basement 2 (next to Boarding Gate & The Wallet Shop). (Operating hours: 10am to 10.30pm daily)
41. Eligible members must present their original POS system generated receipt and Changi Rewards e-card to the customer service officer on-duty at point of collection for verification purposes.
42. Collection of the Tumbler(s) must be made by 10 November 2024, 10.30pm or it shall be forfeited.
43. The Tumbler(s) are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
44. The available designs for the Tumbler are subjected to the availability of the item(s). CAG reserves the right to replace the goods with other goods or designs.
45. CAG reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion at any time, or to amend, vary or delete any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice or liability to any party.
46. The decision of CAG on all matters relating to or in connection with this Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by CAG.
47. CAG shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Promotion, or any product and/or service relating to the Promotion. By participating this Promotion, CAG shall not be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the Promotion, and/or the use of any product and/or service relating to the Promotion, by any person.
