Why are Changi Rewards physical cards being phased out?
Changi Rewards will be going fully digital and contactless by December 2022 to provide you with a safer and more convenient shopping experience at Changi Airport. In line with this, we will be phasing out the use of Changi Rewards physical cards by December 2022.
How do I earn points and use my Changi e-Vouchers without Changi Rewards physical card?
You can download the Changi App here and use your Rewards card to earn points at all participating stores in Changi Airport, on iShopChangi.com, at Jewel Changi Airport, and on our partners' platforms.
How do I access my Rewards card?
You may access your Rewards card in the Changi App. Simply download iChangi app here or directly from Google Play (Andriod) and App Store (iOS).
What will happen to my accumulated points when I switch from Changi Rewards physical card to Rewards card?
Your accumulated points earned using the Changi Rewards physical card will remain in your account and you may continue to earn points using your Rewards card. You will be able to see your Changi Rewards points through the Changi App. If you encounter any issues, please write in to enquiry@changiairport.com.
