Raphael Leong
Airport Management, Airport Operations Strategy & Transformation
The structure and rigour of the TIP were key elements that attracted me to the internship, and true enough, the autonomy to own and run a project proved indelible as I was regarded almost like an employee of CAG. I was entrusted with engaging numerous internal and external stakeholders, conducting a deep analysis on the industry, and drawing out a strategic roadmap which was eventually implemented by the project team. Moreover, I’m grateful that the internship allowed me the opportunity to get an appreciation of the mission, people and culture of CAG, which were key factors that made CAG stand out as an organisation. To all prospective candidates – I highly recommend that you join us and experience CAG for yourselves! Â

Airport Management, Airport Operations PlanningÂ
The CAG TIP internship was well-designed with projects that gave us the opportunity to take ownership of real-life problems and present realistic value-adding solutions. There was a great balance between having autonomy and receiving help from fellow colleagues who were ever willing to share their knowledge! It also gave us a very good glimpse into what full time employment at the airport would look like. The work was challenging and meaningful, and we got to interact with many brilliant minds too. You can also tell how much the organisation values its people when senior management takes time to engage the interns!

Airport Management, Airport Operations Planning
There is never a dull day in CAG and opportunities are aplenty. From enhancing the passenger experience to striving for greater operational efficiency and safety, CAG offers a dynamic environment for you to grow in. It is a privilege to contribute to a community that impacts the lives of so many and place Changi on the global stage.
Jay Zhang
Airport Management, Airport Operations ControlÂ
Great culture, amazing people, and a project for you to own. No two days are ever the same; on top of my project, I welcomed the inaugural flight of a major strategic carrier, organised a lunch with senior management, and coached students in a partnership with the Changi Foundation. What makes the work here meaningful is the opportunity for you to implement and test your ideas and see them become reality. If you’re looking for a place that will nurture you, guide you, and push you to new heights you wouldn’t have even dreamed of, look no further!

Here in CAG, we are always on the hunt to stay ahead. I appreciate the autonomy and trust given to us to propose and lead game-changing projects in our quest to continuously be the World's Best Airport. The dynamic environment and constant global attention we receive mean each day breathes ever-burgeoning opportunities for me to challenge and develop myself.Â
